Reintroducing Fructose + Sorbitol: Red Apples

In this video, I attempt to reintroduce the FODMAP fructose + sorbitol, which is often found in cherries, pears, and red apples. Over the course of three days, I test red apples a little at a time and record my symptoms each day.

Phases of Reintroduction

Day 1: 1/4 red apple

Day 2: 1/2 red apple

Day 3: 1 whole red apple
