These cookies are an instant treat in snack-sized portions. They're an easy, on-the-go item that's also Low FODMAP, which is tremendously hard to find. There are plenty of grocery stores that carry these FODMAP friendly cookies, but if you're having a hard time locating them you can always rely on Enjoy Life's website.

Enjoy Life brands accommodates many types of diets. They even include an easy filter option on their site for all kinds of allergies and diets, even FODMAP friendly! So, you can filter to just see products that are safe for you to eat. I rarely see this kind of awareness; it's so easy to shop their site!

On The Label

The good news is you don't even really need to read the label, because these cookies are certified Low FODMAP. Another plus is that they're made from simple ingredients, like gluten free flours, cane sugar, and vegan chocolate chips. One pouch is only 150 calories, making them ideal for snacking (as long as you can resist eating just one pouch!).

These cookies are not just gluten and dairy free, but they're also nut free. If you or others in your household have different diet restrictions, Enjoy Life is a go-to brand. You can usually find one item that fits several different dietary needs. Sometimes finding Low FODMAP foods is frustrating because something can be gluten free, but has dairy in it. Or it's vegan, but has artificial sweeteners. These FODMAP friendly cookies check off so many boxes!

Taste Test

So, the regular chocolate chip cookies are crunchy, as stated on the label. I'm not the biggest fan of crunchy cookies, but they're quite good, actually. Not as good as a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie, because no pre-packaged cookies from a store are going to beat that! But, yes, they're just as good as regular packaged cookies from the store. These would be great for a snack at lunch or as a quick after dinner dessert.

Now, the double chocolate brownie cookies were my favorite because they're much more indulgent with double the chocolate. However, I expected them to be much more moist than they were. The dryness sort of ruins the whole cookie for me, but not enough for me to not eat them! I just think there are better cookies out there that also check off my Low FODMAP box and are at the same price point. But as a quick chocolate fix, they do the trick.
