Making Low FODMAP Ketchup in Less Than 10 Minutes

Low FODMAP Ketchup Recipe

Simple, Low FODMAP ingredients make up this ketchup recipe that tastes like store bought brands!

Ingredients

  • 15 oz tomato sauce (no onion)

  • 8 oz tomato paste (use 4-6 oz to start and add more depending on desired thickness)

  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)

  • 1 tsp garlic infused oil (to taste)

Steps

  1. Pour tomato sauce into sauce pan and bring to a boil

  2. Stir in about half the can of tomato paste. Add more for desired thickness.

  3. Add white wine vinegar, brown sugar, salt and garlic oil and mix well

  4. Taste and add more salt or garlic oil as needed

  5. Let cool and then pour into container

  6. Chill in fridge
